Statoil
Award of 3 year Frame Agreement with a further options exercised for the supply of personnel
We are supporting this major operator for many of their offshore manpower requirements
We also have our senior pipelines design engineer based at Fano to oversee the detailed design of this
major construction project.
Shell Ireland- Corrib Project
We have been working with this major operator on the Corrib gas gathering project which has been
postponed twice due to local objections to building the gas plant and the onshore pipeline route. However,
construction is due to commence in 2006 and we are hopeful of securing several more offshore positions
BP Norge
Award of contract for the supply of all the field personnel for the Valhall Flanke Pipelines Project with Apache, Normand Pioneer, survey vessels and rockdumpers.
Conoco UK
We are working with this customer on the Britannia Extension Development and have our pipelines design
engineer within their core team in Aberdeen. Once construction gets under way, we are confident of several
more slots offshore on the 11 vessels involved for these 2 subsea projects
CAMSA Offshore Installation Project
We supplied the services of Warranty Surveyor to Germanischer Lloyd (Mexico) for
the CAMSA Offshore Installation Project offshore Mexico, and have been asked to provide more.
PETROBEL EGYPT
We have worked with this major oil and gas company in the Red Sea and the Med for the installation of
several new platforms and associated pipeline projects
CTOC Caterawalla Gas Field Development Project
Theta Services supplied the services of Marine Representative/Naval Architect to act as Client
Independent Verification Body Representative at FSO Turret Design Meeting for CTOC Caterawalla Gas.

STOLT OFFSHORE LIMITED
Theta Services have supplied the services of Senior Project Engineer for the BP Integrated Subsea
Services Alliance, responsible for the co-ordination of the IRM activities.
We are also supplying the services of Project Engineer carrying out structural engineering duties
on lift rigging design and topsides modifications for several offshore projects.
KVAERNER- LAWRENCE ALLISON SERVICES
Theta Services supply the services of Pipeline Engineer to Lawrence Allison Services (Kvaerner Professional Services)
based in London working on several pipeline projects including Triton, Abbott and British Gas Orion Projects.
Germanischer lloyd
We have been working with this important customer by supporting them for
several projects offshore Mexico and Egypt and hope to develop this avenue further
in the forthcoming years.
ENITEL A.S.
Theta Norge supplied offshore consultancy services in Norway for the installation of a fibre optic cable lay
on P200-EniCom North Project from Gulfaks,Snorre & Troll platforms. Based in Enitel's Oslo offices, and
offshore on Edda Freya for the platform pull-ins, site surveys and cable installation.
BP-AMOCO NORWAY OIL COMPANY
Theta Norge supplied consultancy and weld inspection services during the installation of the Valhall Gas
Export Pipeline Project both onshore and offshore Norway.
We are now talking with this major operator with a view to providing support and manpower during the
forthcoming Valhall Extension Project and are confident of much more work in this sector.
NORSK HYDRO
Theta Norge supplied consultancy services to Saga Petroleum onboard Nordica, Highland Fortress and
Maxita for the Vigdis Field Development Project during the trenching, ploughing and backfill of the Vigdis
subsea flow lines laid by CSO Apache between Snorre TLP and Vigdis
